What we are — and what we aren't
First Call physically checks, prepares, monitors, responds to and helps coordinate needs at your property. We are not a real-estate brokerage, a rental-management company, a leasing agent or a home-inspection firm, and we don't advertise rentals or find tenants.
When regulated trade work is required, we coordinate appropriately qualified contractors rather than performing that work ourselves.
