Observational property-care visits
Home watch visits performed by First Call Home & Property are observational property-care visits. They are not professional home inspections, engineering inspections, code inspections, insurance inspections or security services, and they are not a guarantee against property damage.
No guarantee against loss
First Call does not guarantee against theft, weather damage, hidden defects, leaks occurring between visits, equipment failure, mechanical failure or pest activity between visits.
Roof observations
Roof observations are ground-level visual observations unless another service is specifically agreed upon in writing.
Regulated and specialized work
Specialized plumbing, electrical, HVAC, structural, pest-control and other regulated work should be handled by appropriately qualified contractors when required. Where First Call coordinates such work, the contractor performing it is an independent provider and is not employed by First Call.
Scope of business
First Call Home & Property is not a real-estate brokerage, real-estate agency, rental-management company, leasing agent or home-inspection firm. We do not advertise rentals, procure tenants or guests, negotiate leases or rates, or provide brokerage services.
